The general approach to both topics is as follows:

  1. Project document familiarization
  2. Review Contractors Foundation Quality Management Plan and provide any comments on needed updates. Follow-up meetings with all parties as needed.
  3. Review of proposed materials for use in foundation construction
  4. Attendance on site and witnessing of key works milestones (part time site presence) or all major works milestones including all interim preparation steps (full time presence)
  5. Attendance on site and witnessing of testing
  6. Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly reporting
  7. Troubleshooting or as necessary coaching workshop meetings to address items of concern
  8. Review of checklists and test results
  9. Production of Foundation Compliance Report summarizing items 1 to 6.
